Product features:

  1.  Used Japanese THK guide rail and Taiwan STK variable frequency motor to drive the scraper,  ensure the printing precision.
  2. The printing scraper can be rotated up 45 degrees for easy cleaning and replacement
  3. The scraper holder can be adjusted back and forth, to select the appropriate printing position.
  4. The combined printing table has a fixed groove and PIN, which is easy to install and adjust. Suitable for single and double-sided printing
  5. The plate calibration method adopts steel mesh moving, and combines with the X, y, Z of printed circuit board (PCB). The adjustment is  convenient and quick.
  6. Adopts delta series PLC and man-machine interface, which is simple, convenient and more suitable for man-machine dialogue. Delta frequency converter controls printing speed.
  7. One way and two-way printing mode can be set.
  8. With automatic counting function, it is convenient for production statistics.
  9. Scraper angle adjustable, steel blade, rubber blade are suitable
10. The man-machine interface has the function of screen saver to protect the service life of the man-machine interface.
