Production Overview:

Machine Characteristics:
- Adopt cast iron Y crossbeam to better ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine.
- The Y-axis adopts double servo synchronous drive, which reduces deformation and improves positioning accuracy.
- Conveyor system that can automatically adjust the conveyor width according to the programme setting.
- Equipped Z-axis lifting to cope with PCB bending adjustment and clear imaging of the top of high components.
- Equipped with a support structure to allows the PCB to be clamped after being levelled with the track.
- The transport motor adopts double closed-loop stepping motors to work synchronously, and automatically centres and stops the PCB according to the PCB length, instead of mechanical blocking stops to reduce the impact on the PCB .
- The transport belt adopts timing belt, which can easily handle 5 KG heavy PCB.
- The main camera is standard with a 12MP high-speed camera and 4 projectors (8 projectors optional).An optional side camera is available to improve component identification and to identify poor soldering at the bottom of the components.
- Camera is standard with bar code recognition function.
